Sam Tibbits

Sam grew up in Litchfield, MN where his dad, Jason was and still is the State Farm agent. This is where his desire to become a business owner started.

In High school Sam developed his competitive spirit while playing three sports.

Sam went to St. John's university in Collegeville, MN where he met his fiancé, Emma. He later graduated with a business degree.

Post-graduation, Sam always loved the idea of owning his own business and working for State Farm. However, he wanted to try something different first to make sure working for State Farm is what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. He went to work at Graybar electric in Minneapolis as an industrial rep.

After working for a large corporation, Sam got the confirmation he needed that working for a small business was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life.

April 2022, Sam moved to Cambridge, MN to go work for Chuck Swenson at his agency. A few months after starting in Cambridge, Chuck's agency took over another office in Mora, MN where he went to work for the next three years.

In November of 2024, Sam applied for the Princeton agency and was accepted. He then took the next steps for the rest of his life taking over the agency on August 1, 2025. He was blessed to have been able to start with an amazing team. Heather, Kaytlin, Max, and Nicole were with him from Day 1 and have helped shape the culture and foundation of this agency.
