"We have been with State Farm at the Princeton location back to the time when Curt Van Oort was the agent in charge. Fast forward a few years and now that Curt has moved on, we have a new “sheriff in town” and his name is Sam Tibbits. My wife and I happened to be on vacation when we received a call from their agency asking to set up a meeting in order to meet Sam and go over our insurance policies. We were both immediately impressed by the fact that he actually cared enough to want to meet us in person rather than an impersonal call or email like other agencies would most likely do. "Well, I was looking for new insurance and had an independent insurance agent in the past who was also very good but I had seperate policies for my classic car and motorcycles. I was also looking for a good deal, simplicity and all in one along with a good digital interface. I was also tired of switching policies every once in a while. Max reached out to me via phone while I was actually looking at other carriers. He was a very impressionable, nice, kind, patient, knowledgeable and funny guy. The process was relatively flawless, Max offered a great point of view and went over every detail. Pointing out things in my old insurance as well as other things in the prospective insurance as well. Everything was pretty comparable in price and coverage (pretty sure i actually got better coverage AND price than previous quotes after all was said and done) which to be honest was pretty irrelevant to me since all my other boxes were checked its just a bonus and you scored loyalty points. Bill breakdown was good, lots of options to consider and lots of options to consider for the future as well. I hate to say it and I am sure this is said a lot in these reviews but.... Like a good Neighbor, State Farm is there - and so are you guys. Thank you for the card as well."
